Margarito "Jay" Flores is one of the most sought-after voices in the country on the operational structure of Mexican drug cartels—because he lived it at the highest level.

Alongside his identical twin brother, Jay once ran one of the largest narcotics distribution networks in U.S. history, moving billions of dollars in cocaine and heroin for the Sinaloa Cartel. Trusted by El Chapo, El Mayo, Los Chapitos, Los Mayitos, and the Beltrán Leyva Organization, Jay was the first American trafficker to work directly for Los Chapitos—and later, the first to help indict them.

His cooperation with U.S. federal authorities led to the takedown and indictment of Iván and Alfredo Guzmán, Vicente Zambada Niebla, and El Músico, now believed to be leading the remnants of the BLO. Today, Jay speaks across the country, educating law enforcement, prosecutors, and policy leaders on cartel logistics, leadership, communication systems, corruption, and how trafficking empires are built—and dismantled.

Ralph Villarruel is a retired DEA Special Agent and Group Supervisor with over four decades of hands-on experience investigating and dismantling international drug trafficking organizations across Latin America and the U.S.

He served on elite federal operations including Operation Leyenda—the U.S. government's response to the murder of DEA Agent Kiki Camarena—and Operation Snowcap, conducting jungle raids in Peru's Upper Huallaga Valley. Ralph has supervised sensitive DEA intelligence units in Mexico, Colombia, and Peru, leading investigations that targeted the core leadership of global drug syndicates.

He played key roles in cases against some of the most legendary names in the drug world: Rafael Caro Quintero, Amado Carrillo Fuentes ("The Lord of the Skies"), and high-ranking operators within the Sinaloa, BLO, and CJNG cartels. He has trained vetted anti-narcotics forces in Latin America and continues to consult on international drug policy and strategy.
